Fragrance nano capsule is a fully encapsulated type nano microcapsule fragrance,suitable for cotton, wool, linen, silk, chemical fiber fabric and garment aroma finishing. The fabric treated through friction, beating, massage and other external force, the micro capsule breakage, fragrance overflows, you can smell the fragrance. If have no external force, microcapsule is not damaged, long-lasting fragrance, will never disappear. Suitable for bedding, underwear, accessories, paper, non-woven fabrics, cosmetics, flavoring treating.

3. Solubility: easy to dissolve in water 4. PH value(1% solution): 6~8
5. Stability: in hard water, PH at 5~8 of acidˇ˘alkali solution is stable, easy to use.
6. Co***tibility: can be mixed used with nonionic and anionic auxiliaries.
7. Dilution: this product must be thoroughly stir before use. Available water dilution, after stirring well, join processing bath.
8. Safety: this product is nontoxic, no stimulation to the skin, and meet the environmental protection requirements.

Application process:
Flavor nano capsules processing method can be using padding, dipping and printing process, specific usage as the fabric condition. Suitable for textile, accessories, paper, non-woven perfuming finishing.
Padding:
A. Process formula.
Flavor nano capsules ranged form 5~10g/L
Adhesive 5~10g/L(if need washable, could add to the binder)
B. Process:
Fabric ˇú padding (rolling liquid rate60~80%) ˇú drying (80~110℃)
Dipping:
A. Process formula.
Flavor nano capsules 0.5~1%(o.w.f.)
Adhesive 0.5~1%(o.w.f.)(if need washable, could add to the binder)
B. Process:
Fabric ˇú dipping (dipping thoroughly absorbed) ˇú dehydration(recovery out of solution, add to the immersion tank)ˇúdrying (80~110℃) ˇú finished product.
Printing.
